Your first weeks home, handled.
One calm, experienced person to plan and organise everything your family needs after the birth: night support, feeding help, your own recovery, proper meals. You rest and heal. We sort the rest.
Best booked between weeks 28 and 34 · Across London
Four parts of every plan
One person plans all four, finds the right people, and keeps everything on track. No researching, no chasing, no comparing. You send a message and we deal with it.
Night support
Experienced, referenced night nannies, booked ahead through agencies we trust. Every night has a backup arranged in case plans change.
Feeding
Lactation consultants and feeding support, matched to what you want, whether that is breast, bottle, or a bit of both.
Your recovery
Postnatal physio, C-section recovery, scar work, and massage. The mother is a patient too, not an afterthought.
Meals and home
Proper meals from registered kitchens, plus help around the house, set up before the birth so dinner is never one more job.

What actually happens
We plan
A long call from around week 28. We map out your first six weeks: nights, feeding, recovery, meals, and who to call for what.
We book
Night nannies, lactation consultants, physios, and meal services, all vetted, checked, and booked before your due date.
We coordinate
From the day you’re home, your concierge runs the plan. We confirm people and shift things around when the baby has other ideas.
We adjust
A weekly check-in and one WhatsApp thread. Need more nights, a different consultant, or food for visiting grandparents? Send a message.
Sleep, recovery, and none of the admin.
Sleep
Night support sorted properly. Experienced, referenced night nannies booked ahead, with a backup if anything changes.
Recovery
The mother is a patient too. Postnatal physio, C-section recovery, feeding help, and real food, booked in rather than hoped for.
No admin
One person organises everything. No research, no spreadsheets, no chasing. You send a message and we take it from there.
Older cultures had this sorted.
In Korea, China, India, and plenty of other places, the first weeks after birth are a protected time. The mother is fed, kept warm, and properly looked after, so she can heal while someone else holds everything together.
Britain quietly lost that. You get sent home, and somehow you’re meant to run the house, feed yourself and recover, all on no sleep.
Nine Moons is that protected window, rebuilt for London. Planned before the birth, with the right people booked and one person keeping it all together. It’s the practical version of something much of the world never stopped doing.

“I’m a GP, and when I had my first baby I still couldn’t find one person to just take it all on. The nights, the feeding, my own recovery. Everyone looked after the baby. Nobody looked after the home. So I built the thing I’d needed.”
What we are, and what we’re not
Nine Moons is
- Your one point of contact for the first weeks at home
- A planner and organiser of vetted, independent specialists
- A weekly rhythm: a check-in, adjustments, and one WhatsApp thread
- A clear guide to who you call, and when, for everything from a blocked duct to a bad night
Nine Moons is not
- A medical service. We don’t diagnose, treat or give medical advice
- An employment agency. Your providers stay independent and you pay them directly
- A 24/7 emergency line. For anything urgent it’s 999, NHS 111 or your maternity unit
- A baby-only service. Your recovery is half the plan
What we coordinate

Night support
Experienced night nannies and maternity nurses, booked through agencies we trust and referenced ourselves. We sort the dates, handle the changes, and confirm everything before your due date.
Every booked night has a backup arranged, so a no-show at 10pm is our problem, not yours.

Feeding
Lactation consultants and feeding support, matched to your goals, whether that’s breast, bottle or a mix of both.
Booked around your week, with a short brief beforehand (with your consent) so nobody’s starting from scratch.

Your recovery
Postnatal physiotherapy, C-section recovery, scar work, and massage, scheduled in from the start rather than squeezed in when you remember.
Your recovery is half of every plan we write.

Meals and home
Proper meals from registered kitchens, set up before the birth with dietary needs noted and delivery sorted.
Plus the household bits: visiting family, appointments, and the dozen small things that otherwise land on you.
Book a planning call
We’re taking on a small number of founding families in London. Tell us a bit about you and we’ll come back within one working day. No obligation, and the call is worth having even if you decide not to book.
