Bespoke for you. Clear for everyone.
You pay Nine Moons one coordination fee. Your providers, the night nannies, lactation consultants, physios, and chefs, are independent and you pay them directly at their own rates. We never add a markup.
The Plan
- A long intake call (video or phone) covering your birth plans, your home, feeding, family support, and whatever’s worrying you
- A personal six-week plan with nights, feeding, recovery, and meals mapped out week by week
- A vetted shortlist of night nannies, lactation consultants, physios, and meal options for your area and budget
- A who-to-call guide covering who to contact for what, day or night, NHS routes included
- A follow-up call after the birth, to fit the plan to real life
Credited in full against The First Month if you upgrade.
The First Month
- Everything in The Plan, ready before your due date
- A dedicated concierge, one person who knows your family, your plan, and your providers
- Night support organised: agency liaison, bookings, changes, and a backup arranged for every night
- Feeding and recovery handled: lactation visits, postnatal physio, scar care, and massage, booked around you
- Meals sorted: delivery set up, dietary needs covered, freezer stocked before the birth
- A weekly check-in call and one WhatsApp thread, answered within two hours, 8am to 8pm, every day
The Fourth Trimester
- Everything in The First Month, for twelve weeks
- Substantial night cover organised across agencies, including cover when carers rotate or fall ill
- The household running: meals, housekeeping, visiting family, travelling with a newborn
- Appointments handled: registering the baby with a GP, health visitor visits, private appointments, all booked and chased
- Priority response and a named deputy, so cover never rests on one person
Every plan is scoped to your family, so we’ll talk you through pricing on your planning call.
What providers tend to cost (paid directly by you, rough London rates in 2026): night nannies £190 to £280 a night depending on experience, plus agency fees; maternity nurses £270 to £350 per 24 hours; lactation consultant home visits £150 to £250; postnatal physiotherapy (the “Mummy MOT”) £100 to £180 a session. We set out the likely costs clearly in your plan before you commit to anything.
One fee. No markups. No surprises.
You pay us a coordination fee
It covers the planning, vetting, booking, managing, and being your one point of contact. Half on booking, half in your due-date month.
You pay providers directly
Everyone stays independent and invoices you at their own rate. You always see exactly what things cost.
Referral fees are disclosed
If a partner ever pays us an introduction fee, we tell you in writing and take it off your fee. Our only interest is the right person turning up.
The boundaries that make it work
- WhatsApp and phone answered within two hours, 8am to 8pm, every day
- Managed clients get an out-of-hours line for provider failures. A night nanny who cancels at 10pm is our problem, with a fix or a credit by morning
- Your plan also includes a who-to-call guide for everything else
Four things we won’t do
- Medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, from us or over WhatsApp
- Guaranteed last-minute night cover. We plan ahead so it’s rarely needed, but supply isn’t something we can promise
- Childcare by Nine Moons staff. Carers are independent and you contract them directly
- Food made by Nine Moons. Meals come from registered food businesses
A baby-shower gift that actually helps
The Plan makes a lovely gift: a card, and six weeks of calm instead of a fourth white babygrow. You can group-gift The First Month too.
