Terms of service
We’re finalising the full terms ahead of launch. Here’s the short version of how Nine Moons works.
Nine Moons is a postnatal concierge. We plan and coordinate independent, self-employed providers: night nannies, lactation consultants, physios, chefs, and others. We’re not a medical service, not an employment agency, and not a 24/7 emergency line.
You contract with and pay every provider directly, at their own rates. You pay Nine Moons a separate, clear coordination fee. We never mark up provider fees. If a partner ever pays us a referral fee, we tell you and credit it to you.
For anything urgent or medical, always contact your midwife or maternity unit, call NHS 111, or in an emergency call 999.
